Terramark Homes has begun construction of
the first 6 homes in Bayou Crossing, a new subdivision located
in Rosenberg, Fort Bend County, Texas. Rosenberg is a bedroom
suburb of Houston located in one of the fastest growing counties
in the nation. Terramark is the exclusive builder for the 132
home sites in Bayou Crossing.
September 2005
Terramark Development in a joint venture with its homebuilding
affiliate Terramark Homes has completed and sold out its most
recent condominium townhome development in Houston’s Midtown
district. The development located at 118 McGowen was the second
phase of the company’s previous identical development which was
located at 100 McGowen. The company currently has 2 other
condominium townhome developments under construction in Midtown
and will be acquiring land for an additional development in
October.
August 2005
Terramark Communities has closed on the
acquisition of the first 500 acres of land for the company’s new
master-planned subdivision named Espada. The Espada development,
located in south San Antonio will encompass approximately 2,400
total acres which includes 600 acres being set aside for the
recently announced San Antonio campus of Texas A&M University.
Terramark has been in planning for the Espada development with
the City of San Antonio and Texas A&M University for over 2
years. The company expects to complete the balance of the land
acquisition during the first quarter of 2006.
March 2005
Terramark Development has been selected by Remington College,
for the design, development and construction of Remington’s
recently announced new campus to be located in Webster, Texas.
Little Rock, Arkansas based Remington operates career-oriented
post-secondary education schools offering diploma and degree
programs. Remington has multiple locations in various states
across the country. The Webster location will be the third
Remington College campus serving the greater Houston
metropolitan area.

Terramark Development has sold its Sugar Creek Place 1 office
building to a tenant-in-common fund sponsored by R.M. Crowe
company of Dallas. Developed in 1998 the 151,000 square foot
Sugar Creek Place 1 office building is one of the most
prominently located and recognizable Class A office buildings in
the city of Sugar Land, Texas, a suburb of Houston. Terramark
developed the building in partnership with Invesco Realty
Advisors, one of the country’s largest pension fund advisors.
