With over 20 years of design and construction experience, Terramark Urban Homes is one of the leading builders of urban dwellings in San Antonio.

Since 2000, Terramark Urban Homes has built hundreds of homes across the state. Starting in 2013, we began our first project in the downtown San Antonio area. Since then, the company has completed seventeen different communities totaling over 150 homes.
Terramark is proudly headquartered on the near East Side, in a historic structure we purchased and rehabbed. Family owned and run, Terramark Urban Homes strives to create communities that blend seamlessly into the downtown landscape.
